TradeGuard review workspaces

Trade finance review with a clearer risk signal.

TradeGuard is an explainable, rule-based international review workspace that helps authorised reviewers identify potential TBML red flags across price, parties, routes and documents—before a transaction becomes a difficult case.

International configuration: The public build uses a configured tariff reference. Country-specific HS-code/tariff datasets and custom-domain deployment can be added for institutional pilots.

Purpose and users

Built for evidence-led financial-crime review.

TradeGuard organises early-warning signals for authorised analysts. It supports review; it does not replace investigation, legal judgement or institutional decision-making.

01

Who it supports

Bank compliance and trade-finance teams, financial institutions, auditors, exporters, importers and C&F or trade consultants in a controlled review workflow.

02

What it checks

Trade valuation, HS-code alignment, parties, routes and documents, plus emerging transaction patterns such as velocity, value, counterparties and funds flow.

03

What it does not decide

It does not determine money laundering, sanctions exposure, STR filing or legal liability. A responsible officer must assess the evidence under applicable rules.

Run a TradeGuard risk check

Use fictional or anonymised information only. This public demo has no case database and does not intentionally retain submitted transaction documents. The system identifies potential risk indicators for analyst review; the responsible officer makes the final assessment based on available evidence and applicable laws, regulations and institutional policy. Read the privacy and demo limitations.

STEP 01

Transaction inputs

Start with the core case context. The remaining fields are optional and improve the quality of the indicative assessment.

Required: enter a 6–10 digit HS Code. Exact tariff verification depends on the configured country reference.
Optional: Product and goods details
Optional: Price and valuation details

Complete the declared price, market range, unit and currency to enable an indicative price comparison. Source, date and valuation basis improve comparability but do not block this assessment.

Core counterparty context — required to start assessment

Select the known status. If the information is not available, choose “Unknown / not provided” and continue with an indicative result.

Optional: Trade and payment details
Optional: Shipment and document details

Do not upload or enter confidential documents in this public workspace.

TBML red-flag indicators — select all that apply

Select only indicators supported by the information available. These are review signals, not proof of TBML.

International AML/CFT control context

Use these fields to record review context mapped to international standards. They are control findings—not automatic sanctions, STR or legal decisions—and require evidence and authorised reviewer judgement.

Additional quick review toggles

Use these for direct reviewer observations. Related concepts are reconciled with the structured TBML indicators above.

STEP 02

TradeGuard TBML Review Report

Print / Save PDF creates the styled report. Download TXT creates a plain-text copy.

Your review result will appear here

Enter the HS Code and core case context, then run the assessment. Additional information can be added to improve the result.

From signal to action

A practical review workflow

TradeGuard is designed to support people who review trade transactions—not replace them.

01

Structure the evidence

Bring the commercial terms, parties, documents and route into one review context.

02

Prioritise the signal

Use transparent rules to surface material inconsistencies and connected risk indicators.

03

Document the action

Turn the review into an explainable case note that can be challenged, escalated and reviewed.

Early access

Test the workflow with your own review team.

Request a pilot conversation for bank trade-finance and compliance operations. Exporters, importers and C&F teams can be supported in a scoped pilot.
