Public informationVersion 1.0Page review: 6 November 2026

1. Governance & entity

RegTech Nexus AI publishes regulatory intelligence, research and digital decision-support resources. The public website is a static web platform. The public build does not, by itself, establish a hosted enterprise service, bank integration, confidential document repository, security certification or regulated outsourcing approval.

Institutional engagement is governed by the Institutional Engagement Policy. Legal identity and corporate particulars should be verified against the relevant official records and current documents during any formal procurement or vendor review.

2. Regulatory Source Register

The platform's research and tools may reference publications from the following primary-source institutions. Inclusion here identifies source families; it does not mean that every publication is continuously monitored, ingested or applicable to every tool.

Bangladesh Bank

Central-bank circulars, guidelines, prudential instructions and other official publications relevant to Bangladesh banking.

Source status: official public source identified. Publication-level status, issue date, jurisdiction, legal character, source URL and last verification date must be checked in the relevant source register entry before operational reliance. This page does not claim a live regulatory feed or complete regulatory coverage.

3. Methodology & quality assurance

Analytical tools use defined inputs, stated assumptions, structured checks and documented output boundaries. Where a tool applies a score, indicator or calculation, the relevant page should disclose its logic, limitations and intended use. A result is not proof that a control is operating effectively or that an institution is compliant.

Review methodology

DISCOVER → INSPECT → VERIFY → TEST → CHALLENGE → ASSESS → RISK-RATE → REMEDIATE → RETEST → ASSURE

Human review boundary

Automated checks can support baseline mapping and issue identification. A human analytical review is included only where the relevant service scope expressly provides for it and the review has actually been performed. Public self-service tools must not be represented as independently validated enterprise assessments.

Material findings should be traceable to source references, relevant evidence, assumptions, version information and the date of analysis. The level of traceability depends on the individual tool and engagement.

4. Scope, limitations & responsible use

RegTech Nexus AI provides regulatory information, research, structured analytical resources and decision-support tools. Outputs do not constitute formal legal advice, statutory audit opinions, regulator approvals, central-bank certifications or automatic compliance determinations.

Regulated entities remain responsible for interpreting applicable requirements, maintaining their own controls, validating outputs and making decisions through their authorised governance processes. Any contractual allocation of responsibility is subject to the executed agreement and applicable law; this public statement does not waive non-excludable legal duties.

5. Security & data protection

The public website is static and should be treated as a public information environment, not a secure institutional document portal. Do not submit confidential customer, transaction, credential or supervisory information through public tools or ordinary public email.

6. Institutional due diligence

Verified institutions may request information relevant to a defined service evaluation. The availability and currency of each document are confirmed individually. Access is not automatic and may require identity verification, institutional authorisation and an NDA where appropriate.
