Institutional Engagement & Operational Governance Policy
RegTech Nexus AI uses documented digital channels for service enquiries, institutional evaluation, delivery coordination and support. The policy separates the organisation's official accountability from the personal availability of any individual founder.
1. Operating model: digital by design
RegTech Nexus AI's public website is delivered through a static GitHub Pages architecture. Public pages and browser-based tools must not be interpreted as evidence of a server-side client portal, bank connectivity, enterprise identity management or a hosted confidential-data processing environment.
Institutional enquiries and agreed service engagements are handled through designated written channels. This supports traceable communication, consistent handling and documented review. Digital delivery does not remove the need for professional judgment, human oversight or institutional accountability.
2. Interaction channels
| Channel | Position | Operating boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Physical client meetings / walk-ins | Not offered | The published office address is not a walk-in consultation or sales facility. |
| Founder-direct consultations | Not offered | Engagement is with RegTech Nexus AI through its official channels, not dependent on personal access to the founder. |
| Written institutional enquiries | Available | Use the official email or designated written channel. Do not transmit confidential banking or customer data through public email. |
| Digital institutional briefings | By prior arrangement | May be considered for verified institutional evaluations and may be handled by an authorised representative. Availability is not guaranteed. |
| Service support and corrections | Written channel | Requests should identify the relevant service, issue and non-confidential supporting details. |
The public contact page may display an administrative telephone contact. It is not an invitation to arrange founder access, walk-in consultations or unrecorded advisory discussions. Written channels remain the preferred route for service matters.
3. Data-handling prerequisites
- Do not upload or email unmasked personally identifiable information, account numbers, customer records, credentials, transaction-level banking data or supervisory-confidential information to public website tools.
- Use synthetic, anonymised or appropriately redacted examples for public demonstrations.
- Before any institutional data-processing engagement, the parties must agree the permitted data, purpose, processing environment, access controls, retention period, deletion process and applicable contractual safeguards.
- No zero-retention, zero-knowledge, encryption-strength or security-certification claim is made unless the relevant control has been implemented, independently evidenced where appropriate and scoped to the specific service.
4. Office address and corporate identity
The address published on the website is provided for official correspondence and applicable administrative or statutory purposes. It does not provide walk-in client consultations, ad hoc sales meetings or on-site technical support.
Corporate identity, registration details and other legal particulars are represented only to the extent supported by current and applicable records. The presence of an address does not imply a staffed client reception facility.
5. Service accountability
Each engagement must define its scope, inputs, deliverables, review responsibility, applicable timeline, fees (if any), data-handling terms and escalation route in writing. Any service-level commitment applies only where expressly agreed for that engagement.
Core principle: No physical founder access is offered. Institutional accountability, documented commitments and appropriate official communication remain in place.
