These terms define the limited purpose of the public TradeGuard demonstration workspace.
Demonstration only
TradeGuard is provided as an illustrative, rule-based review tool. Its outputs are indicative prioritisation signals and are not legal advice, regulatory instructions, sanctions determinations, STR decisions, investment advice or findings of money laundering or TBML.
Human responsibility
Users remain responsible for validating information, obtaining supporting evidence, applying their institution’s approved policies and making any decision. An authorised human reviewer must remain in control of escalation and disposition.
Information restrictions
Do not upload confidential bank statements, customer records, identity documents, trade documents, payment messages, passwords or restricted information to this public build. Use fictional, synthetic or anonymised information only. PDF handling details are described in the privacy notice.
No service commitments
The public build is supplied without a promise of continuous availability, accuracy, completeness, data retention, case preservation, screening coverage, security certification or regulatory approval. Browser-side rules can be inspected and altered, and the site does not create an audit-grade institutional record.
Institutional pilots
Any institutional pilot requires a separate written scope covering data processing, access, security, retention, support, rule governance, testing, pricing and responsibility. The public demo does not itself establish such an agreement.

These public-demo terms are issued for TradeGuard, an IT product of RegTech Nexus AI, a sister concern of Travel To Know. The registered legal entity name and registration or trade-licence number should be confirmed in any institutional agreement.
Intellectual property and changes
TradeGuard branding, original page content and publisher-authored materials remain the property of the publisher or its licensors, subject to any applicable open-source licence notices. The public rules are intentionally inspectable for demonstration purposes. The publisher may update the public build, these terms or the methodology; the effective date and version should be updated when material changes are published.
Governing law and liability boundary
These public-demo terms do not select a governing law or create an institutional service agreement. Any pilot or production contract must state the contracting legal entity, governing law, jurisdiction, liability allocation, support obligations and data-processing terms after legal review. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public build is provided without warranties and the publisher is not responsible for decisions made solely from an indicative output; this does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
