Student Knowledge Hub — Privacy
Scope: This page describes the current browser-based Student Knowledge Hub implementation.
Local storage
Study preferences, studied topics, quiz history and learning-intelligence records are stored locally in the browser using localStorage. They are not intentionally transmitted to a RegTech Nexus AI server by the current Student Hub.
AI tools
The current AI Study Coach uses external AI destinations such as the RegTech Nexus AI Custom GPT, Gemini or Perplexity. When you choose an external service, that service's own privacy terms apply. Do not paste confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information.
Data minimisation
Do not use the Student Hub as a repository for identity documents, passwords, banking credentials, confidential employer information or other sensitive data.
Future accounts
If cloud accounts, analytics, AI APIs or other data-processing features are introduced, this policy should be updated before those features are activated.
